Visiting Library Service
The visiting library service (VLS) is available to members of our local community who are homebound and unable to visit the library in person for an extended period due to disability, illness, or surgery. If you think you would benefit from this service, find more information on our website.

Getting a library card is easy! You can join for free if you live, work or go to school in York Region. Your membership gives you access to the catalogue, digital resources you can access from home, and borrowing items like gardening tool and equipment from our library of things. The library also offers a range of accessible services and technology for its members.
