Meeting Room Rentals

The library offers creative, flexible and convenient community meeting spaces at all four branches. Meeting spaces can be booked for a fee by not-for-profit and community organizations on a first-come, first-serve basis. 

If you are interested in booking one of the Library's meeting rooms, please email your requested dates and location to meetingrooms@rhpl.ca or call 905-884-9288 x0800.

Room Details  Capacity & Furniture Rental Fees

Room A

Room features: Kitchen area with sink, counter and fridge. Projector and screen. HDMI cables and extension cords not provided. Flip chart easel and paper available upon request; markers not included.

45 chairs (or 30 chairs at 5 tables) Not-for-Profit: 2 hours minimum: $40.00 flat fee. Additional time: $20.00 per hour. HST tax applied to all fees. 
Commercial: 2 hours minimum : $80.00 flat fee. Additional time: $40.00 per hour. HST tax applied to all fees. 

Room B

Room C

Oak Ridges Branch Meeting Rooms
