Meeting Room Rentals

 

We provide creative, flexible and convenient community meeting spaces at all four RHPL locations. Meeting spaces can be booked by not-for-profit and community organizations on a first-come, first-serve basis. 

If you are interested in booking one of the Library's meeting rooms, please email your requested dates and location to meetingrooms@rhpl.ca or call 905-884-9288 x0800.

All fees are subject to HST. Find full details in our Meeting Room Rental Policy.

Meeting Room A

Room features: Kitchen area with sink, counter and fridge. Projector and screen. Whiteboard and flip chart easel available upon request. Paper and writing materials will not be provided.

45 chairs (or 30 chairs at 5 tables) Not-for-Profit: 3 hours (minimum): $55.10. Additional time: $18.35 per hour
Commercial: 3 hours (minimum): $110.20. Additional time: $36.70 per hour

Meeting Room B 

Room features: Kitchen area with sink and counter. Projector and screen. Whiteboard and flip chart easel available upon request. Paper and writing materials will not be provided.

Meeting Room A/B 

Room features: Meeting Rooms A and B can be combined through our removal of a partitioning wall. Whiteboard and flip chart easel available upon request. Paper and writing materials will not be provided.

Meeting Room C

Room features: Boardroom style room. Whiteboard, flip chart easel and TV screen available upon request. Paper and writing materials will not be provided.

Oak Ridges Branch Meeting Spaces

Note: Study rooms can also be booked for same-day use at Oak Ridges Branch. Bookings must be made in person.
